Sports Therapy involves working out an individuals strengths and weaknesses, understanding personal life demands and preferences and devising fluid, changeable plans to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

Who?

The knowledge required to rehabilitate injuries can be used to target injury prevention and improve performance related to work, sport or day-to-day activities. 

How?

Anyone seeking to avoid injury and improve their performance can benefit from using Remedy rehab and prevention strategies. Also, patients rehabilitated at Remedy Clinic can move seamlessly onto injury prevention and performance training.

Why?

A Graduate Sports therapist will use years of study, clinical experience and current research to apply the most appropriate evidence based modalities to each individual case. This means that a Sports Therapy session is incredibly versatile drawing on Sports massage, Soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies to suit the issues/level of repair presented on that given day.

Tuesday: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 7:00am - 7:30pm
Thursday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Friday: 5:00 - 7:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
