What is Soft Tissue Therapy?

Soft Tissue Therapy is the assessment, treatment and management of soft tissue injury, pain and dysfunction caused by occupational, sporting or day-to-day demands. 

Advanced techniques including massage, stretching and trigger point therapy are used to restore joint position and function, reduce tension and improve muscle condition.
